!! - URGENT ANNOUNCEMENT - !!

On May 30th while doing a security update to our server, we unfortunately suffered a data failure and much of our member data was lost. The data failure also affected our back files and as such we were unable to retrieve a lot of our member information. We realize this is a grave mistake on our part and are deeply sorry for the loss off time and effort many of our members had taken to become part of our community and build up their profiles.

Fortunately, we were able to retrieve some data and for all returning members who can not log in, here are a couple steps you can try to see if any of your data was recovered.
  1. If you changed your username or password since you originally became a member, try logging in with previous usernames or passwords you may have used.
  2. If you cannot log in with previous usernames/passwords, please signup again using the same username that you originally signed up with.
If you do any of the 2 steps above and you were one of the ones who's data was partially recovered, then you should see your photos, music and/or videos when you login.

Our recovery efforts still continue. You may run across some parts of the site that are different than you remember them or just don't work. Know that we are trying our best to get those areas functioning again. But we didn't want to keep the site down until everything was back up 100% because that could take several days and we know that many of our members want to get back to engaging with our community. So until we have gotten everything up and running properly, please bare with us.

Going forward we are implementing steps to ensure that such data loss does not happen again. We would also like to emphasize that the data was not stolen, it was deleted and so you need not be concerned that anyone got access to your information.

Please accept our deepest apologies to all those affected and we invite you to rejoin our community of your accounts were deleted.
